My skin hurts. My arms, mybody..?

feeling like having an extreme sensitive skin. when gentle touch, i feel the painfulness. Its been 3 days, what is wrong with me? there is no reddish, rashes nor anything..|||Could be many things including the flu, with me , if I retain any fluid my skin hurts and is very tender all over, seems to be a monthly thing some worse than others. ASk your doctor|||You could be setting up cellulitis or shingles. Both of those will make your skin hurt. Look for any redness or rashes. If it is either one of these you should soon develope either of these symptoms. Sorry, and hope you feel better.
