Hi...is foundation bad 4 ur skin???

Hi my mate told me that foundatioln is bad 4 ur skin and she read this in dolly she said that it causes rashes and swellings???does it? i have a foundatuon by rimmel and it works fairly well should still continue using it|||no, it just depends on what type of skin u have and the product itself, go to ur local mall to the cosmetics counter, their they can give u info if theur products are really great for ur skin!♥|||Foundation is actually good for your skin providing you have a good skin care regimen. You need to find a skin care and cosmetic line that works for your type skin. Be sure to use a foundation that has an SPF of 8 or higher.|||I don't think that foundation is bad for your skin as long as you wash it off at night. They also make alot of makeup with acne correction ingredients in them like Neutrogena. If it works for you and you don't have any complaints, keep using it.|||Use it. She is full of crap. Many foundations are hypoallergenic (read no swelling or rashes), and in fact, many of them can be good for you, especially if they contain an SPF to protect you from the sun. If you are weirded out by your current brand, though, try a MAC foundation, I know for sure they are safe. If you have any questions about the one you are using, try looking it up on the Rimmel website. As for foundations ALL causing swelling, think about how many women use it, then think about how many of them look like monsters from all the rashes and swelling they have all over their faces. OK then.|||depends. some makeup and inks attach to your pores and cause pimples and irritations and stuff. but some have vitamins and things that can be good for your skin.|||its bad 4 some people bbut if it never hurt u then continue

my mom uses foundation and nuthin ever happend to her

a q 4 u

r u livin in europe|||foundation will only cause allergic reactions if ur skin is hyper sensitive to something in it.i can damage skin in some cases by not letting it breath and cause oily skin.but thats no reason to shut the door on all foundations out there.there are some foundations out there that dont do anything to the skin the just protect and nurture, some good brands are neutrogena and physicans formula.they are really gentel on skin and are even known for the acne fighting ingredients.so NO not all foundations are bad.if ur still in distrust...go to department store and have a proffesional give u a second opinion.good luck.|||foundation is actually good for your skin. Most contain sun protection, and act as a barier to protect your skin from air polution. I don't know where your friend is getting this information, but it is totally wrong and bad advice.|||yes. neutrogena has a salicyic acid in it that is actually helpful. but it clogs your pores and causes acne. so go for the natural look :)|||use a good one and remove at bedtime, u ll not harm ur skin|||All makeup will hurt your face in time. best way to go is ooh natural if you can. and maybe go with the dewy look and just add some mascara and light colour lipstick for a fresh but subtle look.

but yes in general makeup can plog pores even though they say they dont' on the label we all know that not true. also keep in mind your continuously stretching and moving the skin every which way. always try to sweep upwards for less damages later. but either way wrinkles will come you just dont' have to hand it to them on a silver platter so fast.|||Foundation is only bad for your skin if you don't clean it off every night.

I suggest Avon skin care and make-up.
