He complains of his skin itching right after a bath (especially his legs)....he says he itches all over - and is very uncomfortable. There is no redness, rashes, or bumps. I use gentle soap. He just cringes after time after a bath because he itches so bad. The dr said he has very dry skin and to moisturize....and we do....what else can we do?|||Don't take long baths; long baths and showers dry the skin up. Apply Vaseline (aka Petrolatum Jelly) right after toweling after the bath to lock in moisture. (Vaseline is the best moisturizer).
If the itch persists - try anti-eczema cream from http://www.champori.com It is herbal (steroid- and allergen-free) and worked well for me.
