Dry skin and bumps!?

ok i've got really dry skin all over my body and it itches really bad


but then like after a while (even when i don't scratch it) there are little red bumps like rashes, they do NOT ooze anything theyre just like small mosquito bites.


i do put on lotion and stuff. is it an infection from the dry skin or what?
